Organiser-Initiated Cancellations

1. Organiser obligations
• Organisers must notify Txrnxp in writing within 48 hours of the cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of an event, to enable Txrnxp initiate the refund process for affected Buyers.
• Failure to notify within this window may result in processing delays, and any additional costs incurred as a result of late notification shall be borne solely by the Organiser.
2. User Entitlements
• Where an event is cancelled by the Organiser, Users will receive a refund of the ticket face value. Such refunds will be returned directly to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• For rescheduled or postponed events, Users who do not wish to attend the new date may request a refund within [X days] of the rescheduling notification. Users who do not submit a request within this window are deemed to have accepted the new date.

User-Initiated Cancellations

1. Cancellation Window
• Users may request cancellation of their ticket within 72 hours or 3 days after ticket purchase
• Cancellation requests submitted outside this window are not eligible for a refund.
• Users who fail to attend, arrive late, or are denied entry due to their own conduct, including but not limited to failure to present valid identification or breach of event rules, are not entitled to a refund.

General Refund and Processing Terms

1. Non-refundable fees
• Txrnxp's operational fee, charged at the time of purchase, is non-refundable in all circumstances, as it covers the costs of creating, managing, and processing the event on the platform.
• Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
2. How to Submit a Refund Request
• All refund requests must be submitted via the “Contact Us” provisions on the platform. Requests submitted through any other channel will not be considered.
3. Review & Approval
• All refund requests are subject to a mandatory review and approval by Txrnxp.
• Txrnxp reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on eligibility under this Policy. Grounds for denial include but are not limited to: requests submitted outside the eligible window, evidence of ticket use or scanning, suspected fraudulent activity, or repeated cancellation patterns indicative of abuse.
4. Method of refunds
• Except where an event is cancelled by an Organiser, all approved refund amounts will be credited to the User's Txrnxp Wallet.
• Where a User wishes to transfer the refunded amount credited to their Txrnxp Wallet to their bank account, they may submit a transfer request through the Platform.
• Txrnxp reserves the right to approve or deny such requests including where there is suspected fraudulent activity or any other circumstance Txrnxp deems relevant.
• Where Users request a transfer of the refunded amount from their Txrnxp Wallet to their bank account, a processing fee of 3% will be charged.
• Transfers to a User’s bank account will be processed within 3 business days of approval of the transfer request.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
• Except as stated otherwise, all refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 working days from the date of submission.
• Approved refunds for event cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days from confirmation of the event cancellation.

Limitation of Refund Obligation

Txrnxp’s obligation to facilitate a refund is strictly limited to the funds currently held by Txrnxp on behalf of the Organiser. Where funds have already been disbursed to the Organiser, the Organiser shall be solely responsible for issuing any applicable refunds.
